Quotable Sunday 3: Love Sparkles

Today I have an invitation inspired board for you!  The color palette is slate gray and gold.  I really love the cake in this board, so beautiful and fancy.

Inspiration #157- Metallic New Year's Eve Eve Wedding

I really appreciate all the fun board requests I've been getting lately!  You ladies really have some great ideas going for your wedding style.  The bride who requested this board is getting married on December 30th and although the church she is getting married in will still be decorated for Christmas she wants her reception to have a more New Year's Eve feel.  She sent me the image of the gold and silver centerpiece and told me that was her inspiration and that her bridesmaid's are wearing long black dresses.  I incorporated tons of gold and silver and lots of glitz!

Inspiration #147- Lovely Teal and Bronze

Wow, I LOVE this board.  I think if you read through my blog you will notice my obsession with everything teal and turquoise, so that's probably why.  Bronze is a nice warm compliment to the cool teal, this would be an excellent color palette for a fall or winter wedding!

Inspiration #145- Chocolate and Gold

This color palette was one of the ones suggested in the contest entries. I love the rich combination of gold (proving to be a VERY popular color this year judging from the requests I'm getting) and chocolate with a hint of soft cameo pink.

Inspiration #143- Modern Gold and Spring Green

Metallics are a hot wedding trend for 2011 so I thought for one of my guest posts I'd do a metallic inspired board! I think gold looks pretty next to a light spring green, and this is a unique palette I haven't seen done yet!

Inspiration # 140- Romantic and Soft Pink Wedding

Oh this board is so PRETTY! This was a requested board, the bride who requested it asked for a pale pink, pearl white and silver board that was very romantic and incorporated small touches of butterflies. What do you think?
