Driver's License Name Change

Just got back from the DMV to change my name on my license.  I filled out and printed the form through Miss Now Mrs before I left.  I also brought along every form of identification the DMV required, which includes:

- Driver's license
- Social security card
- Birth certificate or passport
- Marriage license
- 2 forms of address identification (I brought my voter's registration and utility bill)

I showed up at the DMV and they gave  me a number.  I waited about 5-10 minutes and then my number was called.  Gave them all my identifying documents and they entered it in the computer.  Never needed the form I filled out from Miss Now Mrs, so that was completely useless to me.  They took a new picture and then told me my license would be ready in a couple minutes.  They printed my new license then and there and I was out the door.  It cost $25 to change my name.

Real quick and easy.
