Ingredients:
- 1 lime, diced
- 2-3 bar spoons of sugar
- 3/4 oz. Agua Luca cachaca
- 1 oz. red wine
- 3/4 oz of passion puree
In a rocks glass add lime and sugar. Muddle the lime and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously and serve in a rocks glass. Garnish with sugarcane and lime. (Cocktail developed by Clark Clark, Bar Marche, NYC) {Source: Cocktail Times}
