The bride who requested this board wanted to work with a peacock blue, plum and silver color palette for her fall wedding. Since her fiance is from Hong Kong she wanted to incorporate his culture by adding deep red which is important in the Chinese culture. I think red works beautifully with the peacock blue and plum colors she originally wanted to use! For this board I also incorporated an Asian inspird cake to honor her fiance's culture.

Monday Funday 12: Purple Peacock
Ahhh, this board is so bright and fun! I love the use of peacock feathers in different elements of a wedding and I think purple is a great complimentary color for them. I love the mismatched shades of the bridesmaids dresses in this board, they work with all the colors you see in a peacock feather. The chair decorations are really great too!

The bride's bolero? Fabulous. Hand painted map? Lovely. Bouquet? Totally unique. Hair flower? I want it. Check out this most gorgeous wedding photographed by Travis Hoehne.

Inspiration #99- Peacock Blue Rustic Wedding
This request was a little different from the usual. I was contacted by a girl who is helping her friend plan her wedding. She helped her come up with the Peacock blue, champagne, cream and white (and a small bit of chocolate brown!) color scheme. Apparently, the bride loves turquoise (so do I!) but they feel that the Peacock blue would be better for a fall wedding. She also mentioned that the bride loves horses and is into horseback riding so wanted to incorporate some rustic elements.
