homemade oreos

I made these babies as soon as I saw this link on Olivia's blog. Can you believe I cooked something? I must say I feel a little proud about making these with no help. They are so delicious and the cream is worthy of some serious bowl-licking. For those in Australia who don't know/can't find some of the ingredients; I used Cophia instead of vegetable shortening and pure icing sugar instead of confectioners' sugar. Nom nom nom nom nom... x
