Company Branding | The Shooting Gallery

This is one of my projects that I've been jumping up and down inside to post. My dear friend Dionne asked me to design new branding for her company, The Shooting Gallery. This project took us months. It really is difficult to come up with something that you want to represent your company and yourself. We went through dozens of ideas.

The chandelier idea came when Dionne purchased the chandelier candelebras for my photo shoot. "When I purchased those I immediately envisioned my client lounge decor", Dionne said. I took it from there and designed a new logo with this chandelier hanging from the Y. Dionne also mentioned that she was infatuated with Coco Chanel's story. I included G's that interlock similar to the Chanel logo and I drew the G's because the font just didn't work with my vision.

Then she asked me to design a Boudoir emblem that incorporated a red stiletto. She somehow wanted the shoe with the chandelier. I came up with the idea to have the shoe hanging in the chandelier like it was tossed up there in the throws of passion. ;)

To come later this year - her letterpress brochures, letterpress oversized business cards, gorgeous client tins and all things paper.

You can see Dionne's new look on her blog too!
