Jenny's Flower Seating Chart

Jenny contacted me months ago to design her silver and hot pink seating chart. I used her invitations of lace and flowers as the inspiration for the seating board design. Her seating arrangements included a monogram and the bridal party.

Marie's Vintage Black and White Damask Seating Chart

Seating charts are still a big part of my design work, I'm just behind on posting them this year. Marie asked for a black and white damask seating chart with a hint of pink. We were able to match the fonts and style of her invitations.

Kathleen's Duck Hunting Inspired Wedding Reception

Kathleen's Duck Hunting invitations might be some of the most unique custom invites to date. She wanted to carry that theme throughout the reception.

The table numbers were designed with a retriever and each table was named after a type of duck.

These inserts went it a favor photo frame that holds their photobooth strips.

I also did my first custom napkins in brown and cream with a duck flying on the napkin.
And of course, there was a seating chart with two mallards.

Lauren's Vintage Scroll Seating Chart

I simply love seating charts - for so many reasons. Like most of my brides, Lauren will be hanging this in her home after the wedding! You can't do that with placecards. ;)

Wedding Seating Charts with a monogram

Monogram seating charts are hands down my popular style of seating chart. Tatianna is a sister of one my seating chart brides last year and it was an honor to create this champagne and brown monogram seating board for her.

Map style seating charts for your wedding

Last year I did a map for a seating chart. It was incredibly popular and was even featured on Brides.com. I just completed two more wedding seating charts with a map in the background.

Hadassa and her fiance are originally from the island of St. Vincent and we did a map of the island on the chart.

Then Jessica is getting married on The Chesapeake Bay and I did a map of the bay.

Kelli's Vintage Lace Wedding

This is probably one of my favorite projects this season. The Detroit Athletic Club Wedding Reception was all vintage and lace. My favorite pieces were the Family Tree Seating Charts! I did a silhouette of the bride and groom and organized each chart as a family tree. I would love to do silhouette wedding invitations in 2010. ;)

I also designed lace wedding programs

with lace in the reveal of the program.

Raspberry colored wedding agendas - a twist on the typical menu.

Lace table numbers

A sign for her guest book which is a coffee table book.

And rasberry favor tags with blueberry ribbon that she wrapped around Mackinac Island Fudge!

Tammi's Vintage Hollywood Glam Wedding

Tammi's wedding reception is at the 1840's Ballroom and is all about vintage Hollywood Glamour. I designed her chandelier black and silver seating chart.

I design wedding programs with her chandelier graphic.

Table numbers that are named after vintage Hollywood movie stars. Each one has a famous quote from the actor.

Beth's Chicago Theme Wedding Reception

Beth's reception is being held at the Navy Pier in Chicago. The wedding was at the famous Fourth Presbeterian Church . We carried the Chicago skyline onto nearly all of the pieces.

The programs were designed with a formal etching of the church.

Pew cards!

Beth and Tom have traveled extensively and their tables were named after their exotic destinations.

Seating Chart with the Chicago skyline

Beth did these amazing booklet menus and agenda for each guest.

Pages included a thank you, menu, agenda for the evening, bridal party

and a pop quiz about the bride and groom.

My absolute favorite piece - tickets for a ride on the Navy Pier ferris wheel that I designed and made to look like vintage carnival tickets.

Ali's Vintage English Garden Wedding

Ali and her mother Susan truly worked to make every aspect of her wedding unique and personal. I had so much fun working with both of them on all of these projects. You might remember Ali's Bridal Luncheon invitations inside the red boxes with custom golf pencils. Ali wanted the placecards to act as personal notes as well.

Inside, Ali wrote a note to each guest.

Inside the out of town bags were either Welcome letters

or these awesome 18" long agendas

After the ceremony, Susan had the young children dress up like Angels and they passed out cookies to every guest. On one side was a note to enjoy the cookies on the trip to the reception, along with directions.

On the other side was the recipe for the Gooey Chocolate Cookies. I made it look like a vintage recipe card that will fit in everyone's recipe box.

Ali's trifold programs

Ali's Seating Chart that was designed to fit the vintage garden theme.

Signature Drink Sign

Table numbers

The favors for each guest were small jars of honey. The honey comes from a local hive and a friend of the family. I made labels with a tiny bee landing on Ali's rose graphic.

Sign that was framed and displayed on the honey table.

The theme of Ali's wedding and invitations was the tree poem that Dan had written for her. At the wedding, they continued the tree theme by doing a vintage garden. They bought a tree and displayed it at the wedding and it will be planted at their new home. This sign was framed next to the tree.

Around the tree were stones that they asked each guest to sign their name. After the wedding, Ali will be putting the stones in their outdoor fountain.
